The performance and durability of our Canadian technical outerwear are backed by a robust warranty and an equally strong return policy at my shop. We offer a 30-day window from the delivery date for returns on non-defective merchandise.
Defective or Warranty Returns
Our garments are protected by a comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If you believe your item is defective, you can return it at any time, regardless of the purchase date. The item will be subject to a thorough inspection by our quality team. If a defect is confirmed, we will first attempt to repair the item free of charge. If repair is not possible, we will issue a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping charges. This process underscores our commitment to lasting quality.
Standard Returns: Eligibility and Restocking
For standard returns (e.g., fit, style), the garment must be returned unworn and in new condition. A key requirement is the inclusion of the proof of purchase or original receipt. Returns received without the original receipt will only be eligible for an exchange or a merchandise credit equal to the item’s current selling price, whichever is lower.
We offer free return shipping for domestic exchanges, but for simple refunds by mail, a minimal restocking fee is deducted from the final amount to cover the cost of processing and inspection.
International Customs and Refusals
When shipping international orders, we pay careful attention to customs documentation. However, if an international customer refuses a shipment due to unexpected customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, the return shipping charges, and any additional fees levied by customs for the return shipment. These amounts will be deducted from any potential refund. Refunds are not given for shipment refusals due to duty and tax complications, so we urge international buyers to fully understand their local import regulations.
